Our Story

The concept of HutsTech originated in the early 1990s on a construction site in the far North West province of South Africa. The camaraderie fostered by a demanding construction schedule and late-night commissioning activities persuaded our founding shareholders that they could offer the industry a superior engineering alternative, all while enjoying themselves in the process.

Although our origins can be traced back to 1987, our founding shareholders established the company in its current form in 1999. Since then, we have grown to become a leading engineering firm with a proven track record of over 500 successful projects across the globe.
